	The fairgrounds are located on FM 577 (Horton Loop) between Highways 36 and 105 on 50 acres. You'll find lots of ample parking and facilities. While in Washington County, you can enjoy a county filled with history, tradition, and beauty. Within the county are several choices for dining, lodging and recreation. After all - Washington County is the "Birthplace of the Texas Republic" and the Washington County Fair is "THE OLDEST COUNTY FAIR IN TEXAS." The Washington County Fairgrounds offers a variety of buildings throughout the year for your rental needs. You’ll find the costs are reasonable for whatever your building needs are. RODEO ARENA

RABBIT & POULTRY BARN

	• Open covered building, sand floor • Size: 60 x 120

ENTERTAINMENT CENTER

	• Open covered building, cement floor, 20 x 60 stage • Ample utilities for bands. • Size: 90 x 96

COUNTRY CREATIONS BUILDING

	• Enclosed building with heat and air, restroom, and office. • Size: 50 x 100

FOOD CENTER

	• Open covered building, cement floor • Concession booths available and picnic tables • Size: 75 x 120

EVENT CENTER

	• Banquet hall, kitchen, cooler, bar, tables & chairs, ice machine • Size: 69 x 88

LIVESTOCK BARNS

	LIVESTOCK BARN #1 • Open covered barn, cement floor with 186 6x6 ft pens, 96x144 sand arena • Office, scales, announcer stand, sales arena and P.A. system LIVESTOCK BARN #2 • Open covered building, sand floor, P.A. system • Stalls or tie racks, sale and show arena. • Livestock office • Size: 100 x 475 LIVESTOCK BARN #3 • Open covered building, sand floor, portable panels, P.A. system • Size: 150 x 475 HORSE STALL BARN • Open covered building • 40 - 10 x 10 horse stalls complete with shavings, electric, and water.

SALE FACILITY

	• Office, kitchen, restrooms, meeting rooms, table and chairs • Size: Upstairs 30 x 60 • Downstairs 60 x 50 • Auction Arena w/PA system, Seating capacity of approx. 400.
